Go down the steps/escalator. And out the double doors
Once outside, cross the street & take the sidewalk in front of the hotel to the multi colored garage.
Signs will say Taxi-Limo-Shuttle bus & Ride app pick up.
Once into the garage, stay straight on the sidewalk to the stairs. This is RideApp Zone A3.
If you are arriving after 6:00 pm, we cannot guarantee that you will arrive before the welcome center closes. Please try to book your ride for an earlier flight.
If your flight is delayed we can occasionally make arrangements for a late check in, but can not guarantee it, and alternate arrangements may be needed
in the instance that you have to book alternate accommodations for the night we recommend booking in Nashville. we do noy have local drivers in McMinnville that are available to pick you up from a hotel & in most instances we will have another option leaving from Nashville
