WE UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS — IF YOU NEED TO POSTPONE YOUR TRIP, PLEASE RESCHEDULE, DON’T CANCEL!
If you cancel, a booking fee will apply when you finally reschedule your trip.
Instead, follow these easy steps to save your booking fee for later:
- These steps must be completed before the end of 2025.
- Misuse of this option will result in a ban from our service.
How to Reschedule:
- Find your confirmation email.
- Scroll to the bottom and locate the “Reschedule” and “Cancel” options (See the picture above for reference)
- Click “Reschedule.”You will be redirected to the booking site.
- Book a tentative new date and time within 2025.
You will receive a new confirmation email.When you’re ready to travel, simply repeat steps 1–4.

If you are traveling with a spouse, friend, or child, each person must reserve a seat in the vehicle. Seating is limited, and only reserved seats are guaranteed.
Please note: Children must also have a reserved seat, and the fare is the same regardless of age.
You wouldn’t show up at the airport expecting an extra person to fly for free or without a reservation — the same applies here. To ensure a smooth and premium experience, every passenger must have a confirmed reservation.
