Because of the uncertainty of who your driver will be, it's not fair to you or the driver. 

Example: 

driver A gives you a discount & they wake up & have a flat tire. And is unable to pick you up. 

At this time we will dispatch another driver. 

But either you will have to pay more 

Or driver B will be paid less. 

It's not fair that you agreed to a rate with driver A

And you now have pay more 

And it's not fare to driver B to be paid less.

Yes, we offer group transportation for for 3 or more people traveling together.

The rates  are based on our normal rates.

We recommend 30 minutes but we currently are only offering rides at the top of the hour

Nashville is approximately 2 hours but we recommend booking your ride 4 hours prior to your flight incase there is traffic or bad weather

Chattanooga is about 1 hour.

HOWEVER it  is in eastern time zone so we recommend you use the same rule as Nashville. ( 4 hours)

Absolutely! use the drop down menu on the booking page that asks if you have a favorite driver.

However , we cant guarantee they will be available but we will do our best.

And during special events this option is not available

You  will pay the driver directly once they pick you up.

Each driver accepts different types of payments so please be sure to confirm with them
