Arrival Info & Tips
If you are arriving after 7:30 pm, we cannot guarantee that you will arrive before the welcome center closes. Please try to book your ride for an earlier flight.
If your flight is delayed we can occasionally make arrangements for a late check in, but can not guarantee it, and alternate arrangements may be needed

The drivers or admin team are required to create a group chat within 24 hour from the time a Driver is assigned.
even if you are alone on a ride a group chat will be created.

Passenger Policy
If you are traveling with a spouse, friend, or child, each person must reserve a seat in the vehicle. Seating is limited, and only reserved seats are guaranteed.
Please note: Children must also have a reserved seat, and the fare is the same regardless of age.
You wouldn’t show up at the airport expecting an extra person to fly for free or without a reservation — the same applies here. To ensure a smooth and premium experience, every passenger must have a confirmed reservation.
